It’s another huge weekend for the Country Rugby zones with four-zone grand finals taking place this weekend. Central Coast, Central North, Illawarra and Newcastle Hunter all have their grand finals this Saturday.

The top two women’s teams will take centre stage on Saturday when the Jack Scott Cup is on the line. Sydney University and Warringah will take on each other for the silverware as part of a rugby bonanza at Woollahra Oval.

Two blockbuster home games are set for NSW Country and Sydney this weekend as they gear up to take on Melbourne Rising and Brisbane City respectively.

The next generation of NSW Super W players will showcase their talent in Brisbane this weekend when the first ever Sydney girls age grade team takes on their Queensland counterparts.
The two NSW Women’s teams for two blockbuster double-headers have been named, and some familiar names will be lining up for the encounters between Sydney Women and NSW Country Women.
The NSW Country Eagles were defeated by the Western Force 54 to 28 in their season opener in Perth. We caught up with Coach Darren Coleman to get his take on the game plus what lies ahead in Mudgee this Saturday against Melbourne.

The NSW squads for this year’s National Rugby Championship (NRC) have been confirmed, featuring a mix of experienced internationals, promising youngsters and a familiar rugby league recruit.

The NRC will bring together some of the best young talent in NSW alongside outstanding club rugby players and NSW Waratahs.

In a boost for Colts rugby, NSW Rugby confirmed today that Sunday’s three finals will be streamed live. Rugby followers unable to make it to Concord Oval for the festival of finals on 2 September can watch all the action as it happens in the palm of their hands.

North Sydney Oval will be the backdrop on Saturday when Sydney University and Warringah take on each other in the final of NSW Rugby’s premier club competition.

Also on the finals menu at the Oval are the three other grade finals, which kick off at 0900.
