It’s another huge weekend for the Country Rugby zones with four-zone grand finals taking place this weekend. Central Coast, Central North, Illawarra and Newcastle Hunter all have their grand finals this Saturday.

In the top grade, all zones preliminary finals have seen the top two teams advancing to the big dance.

All, except the Walcha Rams who have come home with a wet sail to have a grand final replay with Tamworth Pirates. Throughout the season there has been very little to separate all the clubs in the finals, so this should make very entertaining spectacle across the four zone grand finals.

Also, the NSW Country Eagles will play their first home game of the NRC at Mudgee on Saturday afternoon. As one we fly!

What a celebration of Country Rugby! Well done to the zones, referees associations and all the club volunteers that make the game run in the bush!
